·   Developed databases utilizing MS Access 2010/SQL Server 2008 as needed to enhance the performance of various departments including QC, Review, Reporting, etc.

 

·   Performed Data Analysis of various aspects of inspector cadre in order to determine best practices utilizing SQL Server Queries and Views.

 

·   Worked with Project Management to develop and improve procedures pertaining to deployment of inspectors.

 

·   Responsible for the maintenance, selection, and activation of the cadre of independent contract inspectors in response to all disaster declarations assigned by FEMA to PaRR Inspections, including maintaining readiness of the Inspector Cadre, notification of declarations utilizing custom IVR system, mobilization to disaster site, in accordance with all FEMA requirements pertaining to number of inspectors, valid background checks, Independent Contractor Agreements and Non-Disclosure forms.

Developed, tested and implemented web based graphical user interfaces and MS Access databases for use across multiple Cards sites.
